Your fervently feast on 'Fancy Cat'.
You fiddle, fidget, fumble and fall
while haranguing in halftones
your hopes in the hall.
You slither and slide; you stumble and stare
At your dear saucer with a solicitous air.
Tenderly you trod to our bedside to tarry;
teasing and tormenting us with
tendrils quite hairy.
Beneath all this banter; below all that gall
you're our bouncing, boondoggling
sometimes boorish furball.
